What you will do

• Source and evaluate creators on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube based on engagement, audience quality, and brand fit; build and track pipelines in Airtable.
• Execute personalized outreach via DM/email, follow up, negotiate terms, and onboard creators.
• Manage ongoing communications, deliverables, deadlines, content approvals, and briefs focused on conversion angles.
• Collect, organize, and store creator content for ads, organic posts, and whitelisting.
• Update creator database, segment performers, and support campaign launches and testing.

Requirements

• Proven experience with influencer marketing, UGC, or creator partnerships
• Strong understanding of TikTok/Instagram trends and conversion-driven content
• Highly organized with attention to detail; manage multiple creators
• Excellent written communication for outreach and relationships
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and adapt to priorities
• Availability for US hours (EST/PST)

Nice to have

• Experience with affiliate marketing or whitelisting
