What you will do

• Lead the AE team in the Bay Area for key strategic semiconductor and system accounts.
• Deploy verification platforms utilizing AI assistants, Agentic AI, and machine learning.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support and full ownership of customer success.
• Collaborate with R&D and marketing to develop competitive and creative technical solutions.
• Support technical evaluations for Xcelium and Verisium platforms.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase tool value propositions.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Proficiency with SystemVerilog, Verilog, and UVM testbench architecture.
• Strong knowledge of digital design fundamentals, architecture, and micro-architecture.
• Must be based in the Bay Area to manage local strategic accounts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
