What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns for the Casino vertical to build brand awareness and drive registrations.
• Build season-long media plans to meet KPIs across multiple tactics and platforms.
• Develop testing roadmaps to analyze creative and audience performance, comparing brand vs direct response tactics.
• Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign launches.
• Conduct weekly, monthly, and annual reporting and post-mortem analyses to derive actionable insights.
• Manage and grow relationships with third-party paid social vendors and agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
• 1-2 years of experience managing paid social accounts for Tier 1 brands.
• Direct experience with paid social and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of digital media performance metrics and budget allocation.
• Analytical and proactive mindset with the ability to synthesize disparate data into insights.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada
