Salary: $138,000 - $153,000 USD

What you will do

  • Define and own the CRM communications strategy for hirify.global Casino across lifecycle, promotional, proposition, and x-sell channels.
  • Lead cross-functional planning sessions with CRM Ops, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, and Brand teams.
  • Develop frameworks for communication personalization and integrate MarTech requirements into engineering roadmaps.
  • Drive the communications experimentation roadmap, prioritizing tests for targeting, sequencing, channel mix, and content.
  • Set and manage contact governance rules, including send caps, pacing, and eligibility.
  • Define and measure performance KPIs and partner with Analytics to evolve actionable dashboards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or customer strategy.
  • Demonstrated success in driving lifecycle engagement, retention, and active sessions.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM ecosystems such as Braze, Xtremepush, Movable Ink, and Segment.
  • Experience leading performance-driven planning and experimentation roadmaps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across multiple teams.
  • Must be based in or able to work in New York City (Hybrid).
