Marketing Manager (Fintech)

Marketing Manager (Fintech): Leading the strategy for member engagement and marketing communications across the entire member lifecycle with an accent on brand-forward experiences and omnichannel engagement. Location: Must be a resident of WA, AZ, CA, GA, ID, OR, NC, SC, TX, or VA. Hybrid (Tuesdays & Wednesdays) if within driving distance of Tukwila, WA; otherwise remote.

Salary: $106,600 – $130,100

What you will do

• Develop and lead a comprehensive member communications strategy focusing on the full member lifecycle.
• Determine the omnichannel mix (email, mobile app, digital experiences) to drive adoption and retention.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new features and experiences.
• Collaborate with product, digital, UX, and creative teams to translate business needs into effective communications.
• Write creative briefs and guide copywriters and designers to ensure on-brand messaging.
• Measure and optimize performance using KPIs and analytics to refine strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications or product marketing.
• Must be a resident of WA, AZ, CA, GA, ID, OR, NC, SC, TX, or VA.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
• Experience with CRM and life-cycle marketing.
• Strong analytical thinking and business acumen for competitive positioning.
