What you will do

• Own execution and optimization of talent and ambassador campaigns, managing contractual deliverables like social posts, appearances, and production shoot days.
• Lead development of social strategies and creative briefs for high-profile talent in sports and entertainment.
• Oversee tracking of campaign deliverables, usage, and payments for accuracy and compliance.
• Review creative assets for alignment with marketing best practices and promotion representation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align on campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage campaign timelines aligning sports and internal calendars.
• Conduct performance analysis and provide actionable recommendations with Marketing Analytics.
• Drive process improvements with Channel and Marketing Operations for efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field with at least 3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or media planning.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make actionable marketing decisions.
• Proven communication skills to influence stakeholders across teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple projects in fast-paced environment.
