What you will do

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across Lottery products, ensuring alignment between Growth, CRM, Creative, and Product teams.
• Manage assigned initiatives end-to-end, overseeing timelines and stakeholder coordination to ensure high-quality execution.
• Develop clear, actionable marketing and creative briefs to maintain consistency across all communication channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimize customer acquisition costs and engagement.
• Coordinate tracking and execution for high jackpot events and other key marketing moments.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements using automation and AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital, growth, or product marketing within a consumer-facing environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
• Proficiency with data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Tableau to inform decision-making.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment.
