TL;DR

Account Manager (AdTech): Leading campaign management and client relationships for a growing portfolio of advertisers in the Canadian market with an accent on programmatic execution and cross-platform reporting. Focus on optimizing OLV, CTV, and audio solutions to drive campaign success and repeat business.

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

  • Launch, optimize, and oversee high-volume managed service and programmatic campaigns across OLV, Connected TV, Display, and Audio.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless execution throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Analyze performance data, generate cross-platform reporting, and proactively troubleshoot to drive campaign success.
  • Support the RFP process by forecasting inventory, curating strategic site lists, and recommending ad solutions aligned with client KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Publisher Account Management to uncover growth opportunities across clients and partners.
  • Create and enhance sales collateral and represent the company at industry events to strengthen brand presence.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing and/or advertising.
  • Experience managing professional client relationships with exceptional communication skills.
  • Foundational knowledge of the advertising technology ecosystem, preferably with programmatic and ad trafficking experience.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian online publisher landscape.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be based in Toronto, Ontario to adhere to the hybrid work schedule.

Nice to have

  • Bilingualism in French.
