Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

What you will do
- Launch, optimize, and oversee high-volume managed service and programmatic campaigns across OLV, Connected TV, Display, and Audio.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless execution throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Analyze performance data, generate cross-platform reporting, and proactively troubleshoot to drive campaign success.
- Support the RFP process by forecasting inventory, curating strategic site lists, and recommending ad solutions aligned with client KPIs.
- Collaborate with Publisher Account Management to uncover growth opportunities across clients and partners.
- Create and enhance sales collateral and represent the company at industry events to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing and/or advertising.
- Experience managing professional client relationships with exceptional communication skills.
- Foundational knowledge of the advertising technology ecosystem, preferably with programmatic and ad trafficking experience.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian online publisher landscape.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be based in Toronto, Ontario to adhere to the hybrid work schedule.
