Salary: $200,000–$230,000 (CAD)

What you will do
- Prospect, pitch, and close business with targeted agencies and advertisers.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Client Services, Ad Ops, and Sales Planning to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Represent the brand in the marketplace and act as a trusted advocate.
- Drive renewals and incremental growth through exceptional client satisfaction.
- Use campaign insights to identify and uncover new opportunities for expansion.
Requirements
- 3–8+ years of experience in digital media sales (mobile, video, or programmatic preferred).
- Deep understanding of CTV, OLV, digital display, and programmatic advertising landscapes.
- Established professional network within media agencies and direct advertiser accounts.
- Proven ability to manage negotiations and deliver high-level presentations.
- Strong background in working with data and performance metrics to drive client outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
