Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Canada (minimum 3 days a week in office)

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including media plan fulfillment and creative adjustments.
  • Coordinate with ad operations to ensure accurate trafficking setup for all campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with media, creative, project delivery, and strategy teams to meet deadlines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to foster open and collaborative relationships.
  • Support the Account Director in business operations and propose innovative solutions for client outcomes.
  • Ensure all creative assets and messaging align with channel strategy and media best practices.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of account management experience, preferably in digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in media planning and multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on active listening and problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail and organization.
  • Knowledge of digital and traditional media channel performance and setup.
  • Must be able to work from the Toronto office at least 3 days per week.
