TL;DR

Client Partner (Digital Advertising): Building and managing partnerships with brands and agencies to expand their digital presence on hirify.global with an accent on strategic account growth and digital advertising. Focus on identifying business opportunities, educating clients on hirify.globalchat products, and executing high-level strategic initiatives to elevate client relationships.

Location: Toronto, Canada. Hybrid (must work in office 4+ days per week)

Salary: $98,000 – $128,000

What you will do

  • Identify, prioritize, and secure new business opportunities with brands and agencies.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to unlock and elevate client relationships.
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations utilizing market trends and case studies.
  • Educate clients on hirify.globalchat products and advertising best practices.
  • Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend strategic enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and improve operational service.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Toronto and work from the office 4+ days per week.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising.
  • Proven ability to engage, partner, and influence C-Level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience leading QBRs, Weekly Office Hours, and top-to-top engagement sessions.
  • Strategic, outside-the-box thinker with a passion for building from the ground up.
