What you will do

• Lead and coordinate daily operational activities to achieve production targets, safety, and quality standards.
• Supervise and coach plant associates to promote engagement and a positive work environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures, safety rules, and company policies.
• Monitor performance KPIs to identify issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and scrap.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using problem-solving tools for process optimization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and across shifts to align on production priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing Operations.
• Alternatively, 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing Operations without a degree.
• Proven experience working in an operational or plant manufacturing environment.
