Engineering Assistant (Mechanical Engineering)

What you will do

• Act as a liaison between Engineering and Planning to ensure projects are ready for production.
• Verify and generate accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for the iMPB and HPB product lines.
• Create and manage new parts within the IFS ERP system, ensuring proper documentation.
• Review and verify engineering drawings for accuracy and manage storage in project folders.
• Track and process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Deviations through Global PLM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product standardization initiatives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems, particularly IFS.
• Proven experience creating and sustaining structured BOMs in PLM and ERP systems.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (E, F-1, H-1, etc. are not eligible).
