Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid). Must be able to attend the office 2x per week.

Salary: $142,480 - $213,720 CAD

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of tailored hirify.global Dimension solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into actionable strategies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants to ensure high-quality project execution.
• Independently troubleshoot complex issues and recommend innovative solutions for operational efficiency.
• Manage client relationships and maintain detailed project documentation and integration plans.
• Drive process improvements and best practices across consulting engagements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Toronto, Canada.
• 5-8 years of experience in consulting or a related field.
• Expertise in at least two areas: Asset Management, Back Office, or Financial Reporting.
• Experience with multiple enterprise implementations involving IBOR functions on the buy side.
• Degree in Business (Accounting, Finance, Economics) or Mathematics/Applied Sciences.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with hirify.global Dimension.
• Experience with trade processing, including confirmation and trade settlement processes.
