What you will do

• Analyze and map legal and regulatory requirements into client compliance libraries.
• Design and implement operational controls and compliance frameworks.
• Lead Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and conduct thematic reviews.
• Provide strategic advice on regulatory changes, emerging trends, and AI governance.
• Manage project workstreams, including timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
• Synthesize complex regulatory data into actionable insights and presentations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in regulatory compliance or operational risk management.
• Deep understanding of North American regulatory landscape (e.g., OSFI, FINRA, OCC, CIRO).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business, or Risk Management.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with senior management.
• Experience with AI governance and assessing agentic solutions.
• Proven ability to manage project delivery, KPIs, and metrics.

Nice to have

• CPA, CIA, CISA, or CAMS certification.
• Experience within a consulting firm or financial institution.
