What you will do
- Manage operational cadence, strategic alignment, and communication within the ACM R&D function.
- Support the VP of R&D by overseeing key meetings, designing agendas, and driving timely follow-through.
- Act as a primary liaison between R&D leadership and various internal and external stakeholders.
- Convert strategic insights into measurable actions and tangible results.
- Prepare high-level presentations, reports, and communications for senior leadership.
- Coordinate business reviews to ensure alignment with the broader business strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience OR Advanced degree with 8+ years of experience in strategic program management.
- Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization (Sponsorship is only offered for Principal-level roles and above).
- Strong ability to communicate complex concepts simply to senior leadership.
- Proven track record of thinking strategically while maintaining attention to tactical details.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and goal-driven approach to program execution.

- Experience working within matrix organizations and cross-functional environments.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous "white space" environments.
