What you will do

• Manage operational cadence, strategic alignment, and communication within the ACM R&D function.
• Support the VP of R&D by overseeing key meetings, designing agendas, and driving timely follow-through.
• Act as a primary liaison between R&D leadership and various internal and external stakeholders.
• Convert strategic insights into measurable actions and tangible results.
• Prepare high-level presentations, reports, and communications for senior leadership.
• Coordinate business reviews to ensure alignment with the broader business strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience OR Advanced degree with 8+ years of experience in strategic program management.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization (Sponsorship is only offered for Principal-level roles and above).
• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts simply to senior leadership.
• Proven track record of thinking strategically while maintaining attention to tactical details.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and goal-driven approach to program execution.
