What you will do

• Direct integration of cross-functional workstreams (CMC, Toxicology, Regulatory Affairs) for seamless IND submission.
• Build and refine project management tools, dashboards, and risk-mitigation frameworks for lean startup environment.
• Manage CROs and CDMOs as central point of contact to align external deliverables with internal timelines.
• Partner with executive leadership to communicate program status, manage budgets, and resolve interdependencies.

Requirements

• 8+ years in biotech/pharmaceutical industry, with 5+ years in program management
• Proven track record leading at least one program through successful IND filing
• Deep fluency in drug development lifecycle, early-stage clinical operations, and CMC requirements
• Experience thriving in lean, fast-paced startup or stealth-mode organization
