What you will do

• Own strategic programs end-to-end from hypothesis refinement through execution and scaling
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured hypotheses, experiments, and workplans
• Exercise rigorous prioritization with clear success criteria and decisive sunsetting of underperforming initiatives
• Interface with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback and build strategic relationships
• Develop product requirements, business cases, strategy materials, and go-to-market assets
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Clinical, Product, Partnerships, Legal, and Ops

Requirements

• 5+ years in strategy, operations, or business building in healthcare or adjacent environments
• Track record of building initiatives from concept through launch, iteration, and scale
• Experience in tech-forward or AI-enabled environments, engaging with technical teams
• Evaluating, partnering with, or operationalizing emerging technologies like AI
• Structured problem solving in complex, high-stakes, ambiguous contexts
• Exceptional communication skills for executive, clinical, and external audiences
• Leading large programs in cross-functional environments
