Salary: $140,500–$224,800

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end program management for M&A initiatives from pre-deal to post-integration
- Develop and maintain integration plans with scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Sales, HR, IT, Finance, and Legal
- Track synergy realization and business performance with Corporate Development and Finance
- Support governance, executive reporting, and steering committees
- Ensure compliance and lead change management for processes, systems, and structures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related (or equivalent)
- 8–12+ years program management in technology/engineering environment
- 3–5+ years direct M&A experience including due diligence and integration
- Proven leadership of large-scale cross-functional programs in matrixed global organizations
- Strong financial acumen with synergy models, valuations, business cases
- Executive communication, stakeholder management, influence without authority
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience in semiconductor, test equipment, or advanced electronics
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification
- M&A integration playbooks or repeatable frameworks
