What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program management for M&A initiatives from pre-deal to post-integration
• Develop and maintain integration plans with scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Sales, HR, IT, Finance, and Legal
• Track synergy realization and business performance with Corporate Development and Finance
• Support governance, executive reporting, and steering committees
• Ensure compliance and lead change management for processes, systems, and structures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related (or equivalent)
• 8–12+ years program management in technology/engineering environment
• 3–5+ years direct M&A experience including due diligence and integration
• Proven leadership of large-scale cross-functional programs in matrixed global organizations
• Strong financial acumen with synergy models, valuations, business cases
• Executive communication, stakeholder management, influence without authority

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree
• Experience in semiconductor, test equipment, or advanced electronics
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification
• M&A integration playbooks or repeatable frameworks
