What you will do

• Define and evolve commercially effective service lines and offers across AI, data, cloud, and engineering.
• Develop sharper industry value propositions, narratives, and solution packaging in partnership with business leaders.
• Own the external corporate narrative and ensure a consistent brand story across all markets and channels.
• Execute a marketing strategy designed to drive demand generation and a measurable contribution to the qualified pipeline.
• Strengthen joint market presence and ecosystem marketing with strategic partners like Databricks, Microsoft, and Snowflake.
• Lead the centralized MarCom team and oversee the digital ecosystem, content engine, and MarTech stack.

Requirements

• Proven experience driving growth in technology services, consulting, software, or digital transformation environments.
• Senior marketing leadership experience with a track record of executive stakeholder management.
• Ability to shape commercial propositions and translate technical capabilities into clear market positions.
• Strong competence in digital marketing, MarTech, and data-driven decision-making.
• Fluency in English (Nordic language skills are a plus).
• Must be based in the Nordics.
