What you will do

• Write structured briefs for campaigns and coordinate between designers and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
• Conduct market and competitive research using AI tools to inform brand decisions and strategy.
• Manage global campaign execution, tracking deliverables and removing blockers to maintain momentum.
• Coordinate creative assets across various formats and markets with in-house and external partners.
• Develop and maintain brand playbooks, guidelines, and campaign documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with International Marketing and Growth Marketing teams.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in brand, marketing, or creative roles.
• Proven track record of executional excellence and delivering high-quality output under pressure.
• Daily use of AI tools to optimize research, briefing, and production workflows.
• Strong writing skills for briefs, summaries, reports, and internal communications.
• Ability to prioritize multiple workstreams and operate comfortably within ambiguity.
• Location: Must be based in Stockholm
