What you will do

• Own creative strategy for a dedicated user segment, identify high-performing concepts, and scale what works
• Run weekly testing plans, create hypotheses, and extract clear learnings
• Build insight foundation including trend reports, competitor analysis, and user research
• Partner with motion and graphic designers from ideation to final cut
• Raise creative quality standards, share successes, and challenge underperformers

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Proven track record in creative or product marketing driving user acquisition (agency, app, or SaaS background a plus)
• Strong strategic planning, market analysis, turning insights into creative directions
• Clear writer and communicator for briefs, feedback, actionable plans
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, handling creative testing on Meta
• Fast learner with versatile, innovative mindset
