What you will do

• Own global SEO and GEO strategy across on-page, off-page, technical pillars for seven markets and languages, executing roadmaps to drive organic visibility and leads
• Define and execute Answer Engine Optimization (AEO/GEO) for AI-powered search like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews
• Conduct technical site health audits, monitor performance, implement structured data improvements with dev teams and partners
• Lead SEO and content integration for acquired companies, designing automated workflows for domain migrations and content consolidation
• Own agentic content platform as product: roadmap, requirements, metrics, training for scaled content production and optimization
• Establish AI content governance standards, integrate AI into content lifecycle, collaborate on intent-aligned content scaling

Requirements

• 4+ years in SEO, ideally B2B SaaS/multi-market
• Proven track record driving organic traffic/leads via technical SEO and content
• Hands-on with AI content tools, prompt engineering, agentic workflows
• Understanding of AEO for AI response visibility/sentiment
• Multilingual SEO experience: hreflang, CMS, metadata
• Analytical skills: GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with content, dev, regional teams

• Automation workflows or headless CMS like Payload
• M&A web integration, domain migrations, SEO with SEM/CRO/demand gen
