• Manage data feeds for dynamic social campaigns at scale utilizing Smartly.io.
• Take a leading client-facing role, providing strategic sparring to meet client goals.
• Analyze campaign performance across short and long-term horizons.
• Collaborate with client services on setup and optimization strategies.
• Contribute to the professional development of the team and share knowledge across the organization.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with Paid Social, ideally from an agency or complex in-house setup.
• Proven experience defining platforms, budgets, and KPIs for large-scale media campaigns.
• Proficiency with Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat.
• Strong competency in navigating Smartly.io for campaign monitoring and execution.
• Strong professional communication skills in both Finnish and English.
• Ability to work from the Helsinki office.
