What you will do
- Own and deliver high-priority cross-functional initiatives focused on operational effectiveness.
- Define and implement a company-wide KPI framework and a data-driven performance review process.
- Translate CEO priorities into structured plans with clear milestones and accountability.
- Extract and analyze performance data using SQL and Python to create decision-driving dashboards.
- Diagnose root causes of operational inefficiencies and implement scalable fixes.
- Optimize workflows using automation and AI tools, such as Notion AI.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in fintech scale-ups or top-tier consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
- High data literacy with confidence in using SQL and Python to work with imperfect data.
- Proven track record of independently leading and delivering cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong structured problem-solving skills and hypothesis-driven thinking.
- Experience building performance frameworks or KPI systems in high-growth environments.
- Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in London, UK
Nice to have
- Exposure to automation or AI-enabled workflows.
- Experience with operational tooling such as Asana and Notion.
