What you will do

  • Own and deliver high-priority cross-functional initiatives focused on operational effectiveness.
  • Define and implement a company-wide KPI framework and a data-driven performance review process.
  • Translate CEO priorities into structured plans with clear milestones and accountability.
  • Extract and analyze performance data using SQL and Python to create decision-driving dashboards.
  • Diagnose root causes of operational inefficiencies and implement scalable fixes.
  • Optimize workflows using automation and AI tools, such as Notion AI.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in fintech scale-ups or top-tier consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
  • High data literacy with confidence in using SQL and Python to work with imperfect data.
  • Proven track record of independently leading and delivering cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong structured problem-solving skills and hypothesis-driven thinking.
  • Experience building performance frameworks or KPI systems in high-growth environments.
  • Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in London, UK

Nice to have

  • Exposure to automation or AI-enabled workflows.
  • Experience with operational tooling such as Asana and Notion.
