What you will do
- Manage end-to-end onboarding from initial kickoff through to post-go-live.
- Configure tailored workflows, communication feeds, learning pathways, permissions, and integrations for each customer.
- Conduct online and in-person training sessions to ensure admins and managers are confident on the platform.
- Manage a portfolio of multiple parallel implementations using slot scheduling and structured playbooks.
- Identify recurring product gaps and process bottlenecks to provide feedback to Product and SE teams.
- Iterate on and improve implementation templates, playbooks, and internal processes.
Requirements
- Experience in solutions engineering, SaaS implementation, technical onboarding, or hospitality operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple parallel projects without losing detail.
- Proactive and clear communication style to maintain customer trust.
- Technical curiosity regarding AI, APIs, integrations, and workflows.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Copenhagen or London offices.
