What you will do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding from initial kickoff through to post-go-live.
• Configure tailored workflows, communication feeds, learning pathways, permissions, and integrations for each customer.
• Conduct online and in-person training sessions to ensure admins and managers are confident on the platform.
• Manage a portfolio of multiple parallel implementations using slot scheduling and structured playbooks.
• Identify recurring product gaps and process bottlenecks to provide feedback to Product and SE teams.
• Iterate on and improve implementation templates, playbooks, and internal processes.

Requirements

• Experience in solutions engineering, SaaS implementation, technical onboarding, or hospitality operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple parallel projects without losing detail.
• Proactive and clear communication style to maintain customer trust.
• Technical curiosity regarding AI, APIs, integrations, and workflows.
• Excellent English proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Copenhagen or London offices.
