TL;DR

Solutions Engineer (SaaS Hospitality): Own the end-to-end journey from signed deal to go-live for SMB hospitality customers, configuring tailored workflows, integrations, learning pathways, and compliance modules with an accent on reliable implementations and training. Focus on running multiple parallel onboardings predictably using playbooks, documenting configurations, and improving processes for scale.

Location: Hybrid in Copenhagen or London

All-in-one employee app modernizing tools for frontline hospitality and retail workers, covering recruitment, onboarding, skills development, scheduling, and team communication. Partnering with leading Northern European brands like Gail's, Dishoom, and 7-Eleven.

What you will do

  • Run end-to-end onboarding from kickoff to post go-live, configuring workflows, communication feeds, learning pathways, permissions, integrations, and compliance modules tailored to customer operations.
  • Deliver online and in-person training sessions to build confidence among admins and managers.
  • Manage multiple implementations in parallel using slot scheduling and playbooks for predictability.
  • Document all decisions, configurations, and customer context for seamless CS handover.
  • Identify product gaps, process bottlenecks, and pain points, feeding insights back to Product and SE team.
  • Continuously improve templates, playbooks, and processes based on learnings.

Requirements

  • Excellent English; German is a strong bonus
  • Direct experience in solutions engineering, SaaS implementation, technical onboarding, or hospitality operations.
  • Organized and methodical, able to handle multiple parallel implementations without dropping details.
  • Clear, proactive communication to build customer trust.
  • Technically curious with willingness to learn AI, APIs, integrations, permissions, and workflows (technical background not required).
  • Ownership mindset to flag and fix broken processes; handle ambiguity while maintaining speed and quality.
  • Receptive to feedback and continuous improvement.
