What you will do

• Act as the principal liaison to implement best practices and drive optimized business outcomes for LTPAC customers.
• Lead detailed business discovery and develop recommendations for delivery approaches.
• Translate technical requirements and execute complex system configuration setups.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to create and execute implementation plans on time and with high quality.
• Lead customer change management strategies and user readiness plans.
• Travel up to 30% to customer on-site locations to lead meetings and presentations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a software implementation role.
• Consulting experience performing workflow analysis and developing business value recommendations.
• Experience working on multi-resource project teams balancing milestones and objectives.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and convert them into customer solution value.
• Post-secondary education in a technology-related field (preferred).
• Healthcare market experience (preferred).
