Salary: $83,000 - $92,000 CAD per year + bonus + benefits

What you will do
- Act as the principal liaison to implement best practices and drive optimized business outcomes for LTPAC customers.
- Lead detailed business discovery and develop recommendations for delivery approaches.
- Translate technical requirements and execute complex system configuration setups.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to create and execute implementation plans on time and with high quality.
- Lead customer change management strategies and user readiness plans.
- Travel up to 30% to customer on-site locations to lead meetings and presentations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a software implementation role.
- Consulting experience performing workflow analysis and developing business value recommendations.
- Experience working on multi-resource project teams balancing milestones and objectives.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and convert them into customer solution value.
- Post-secondary education in a technology-related field (preferred).
- Healthcare market experience (preferred).
