TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (AI): Generating new business opportunities through cold outreach and lead qualification with an accent on pipeline growth and account strategy. Focus on driving discovery calls for Account Executives and mastering AI-driven revenue intelligence tools.

Location: Must be located within commutable distance from San Francisco; office attendance required 3x per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).

Salary: Annual OTE $90,000 USD

What you will do

  • Raise awareness and generate interest through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers.
  • Schedule initial discovery calls for Account Executives.
  • Manage a book of accounts and define strategies for effective book management.
  • Meet or exceed daily activity minimums of 80-100 activities.
  • Provide constructive feedback to SDR Managers to improve role effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to share and implement sales best practices.

Requirements

  • Located within commutable distance from San Francisco.
  • Ability to work from the office 3 days per week.
  • Past sales experience or a strong passion for sales leadership.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High degree of resilience and a player mindset.
  • Strong work ethic and high coachability.
