TL;DR

Location: Remote employees in Munich, Germany (Field Sales; travel required)

What you will do

  • Identify and prospect into target accounts in assigned DACH territory/verticals using outbound calls, LinkedIn, and creative methods.
  • Book and attend 2 new logo meetings per week; meet activity targets for calls/emails/meetings.
  • Present platform value, run demos, manage POVs, and navigate contract negotiations with presales, product, and executive support.
  • Implement MEDDPICC to advance prospects; optimize trials with custom dashboards and reports.
  • Coordinate professional services scoping and customer success handovers; staff marketing events and follow up leads.
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities and manage pipeline autonomously.

Requirements

  • Located in Munich, Germany (remote with travel)
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience; 6-8 years relevant sales, 4+ years SaaS sales.
  • Consistent 100%+ quota attainment in 75%+ of career; high-performance competitive environment.
  • Experience selling complex IT solutions; formal MEDDPICC or strategic account planning training.
  • Proven prospecting, outbound outreach, complex sales cycles, CRM documentation, and negotiation.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills; motivated self-starter; travel willingness.
