What you will do

• Support creation of forecasts for customer acquisition and engagement.
• Develop standardized reporting, monitor daily performance of FanDuel Predicts, and identify levers to meet financial targets.
• Perform analyses and experiments to derive insights for Predicts Commercial team and partners in Marketing, Finance, and Product.
• Influence insight-driven projects to benefit customers and improve profitability.
• Analyze and recommend process improvements across Marketing, Product, Data Engineering, and Customer Operations.
• Master end-to-end FanDuel Predicts customer experience and proactively identify improvements.
• Build understanding of FanDuel’s business, emerging markets, trends, and regulatory environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years in analytical, technical, or commercial field
• Bachelor's Degree in numerate major (Math, Stats, Econ) or relevant data/business analysis experience
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau/data visualization; Python and data pipelines a plus
• Strong analytical skills, Excel modeling, statistical and experimentation methods preferred
• Executive presence with experience presenting to senior leadership
• Track record of turning data into actionable insights and presentations
• Ability to take initiative in fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong relationship building and stakeholder sensitivity

Nice to have

• Experience in real-money gaming or adjacent industry
• Knowledge of and interest in sports and technology
