What you will do

• Conduct in-depth performance analysis to identify emerging trends and customer needs using internal data and competitive landscape assessments.
• Establish and track KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of customer strategies and propose necessary adjustments.
• Develop standardized and proactive reporting tools for stakeholders to monitor daily performance and financial targets.
• Support CRM target selections via automated tools and identify opportunities to streamline manual processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics teams to prioritize and execute commercial strategies.
• Audit and improve the end-to-end customer experience, including registration, funding, UX, and rewards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an analytical, technical, or commercial field.
• Bachelor's Degree in a numerate major such as Math, Stats, or Economics.
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical proficiency and extensive Excel-based modeling experience.
• Proven track record of presenting actionable insights to senior leadership stakeholders.
• Must be based in New York City for hybrid work.
