What you will do

• Drive business growth by increasing volume of hirify.global solutions and extending market penetration to existing and adjacent industry segments.
• Develop, realize, and maintain incremental revenue by selling products within specified territory or assigned accounts.
• Establish relationships with key customer levels to promote hirify.global solution suite as integral to their offerings.
• Qualify, establish, and maintain value propositions for targeted customers; manage marketing plans and events.
• Identify, track, and facilitate closure of key opportunities; develop territory plans for vertical opportunities.
• Manage key relationships with internal teams and act as conduit for competition and industry information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Finance (MBA a plus).
• 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, technical sales, business development, or channel management in the Banking industry.
• Experience in technical/software sales of ATM switch, middleware, payment solutions, or financial systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating, executing, and driving solution selling and product marketing for technical products.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation abilities, account management, and consultation skills.
• Excellent team player with cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills.
