What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Provide architectural guidance, define roadmaps for current and future states, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical support and quality assurance throughout all project stages.
• Manage integrations with upstream/downstream systems and third-party services ensuring data governance compliance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to optimize platform performance and security.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Salesforce Developer or Architect experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Components, SFDC APIs, SOSL, and SOQL.
• Experience with SOAP/REST based web services, SQL, XML, JSON, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of database design, middleware concepts, and user interface development.
• US-based residency required for benefits eligibility (401k).

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications: Admin, Sr. Admin, Developer, Platform, or Application Architect.
• Experience with popular AppExchange offerings and modern DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Lightning Component Framework and Salesforce Lightning Design System.
