What you will do
- Develop deep insights into customer churn drivers across device types, lifecycle stages, and global segments.
- Create strategic frameworks to translate complex data into actionable retention strategies.
- Collaborate with data science teams to evolve predictive customer behavior models.
- Align global roadmaps and marketing initiatives across cross-functional teams.
- Own business review mechanisms to track retention inputs and highlight risks.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on churn and engagement metrics and customer research.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- Proven experience using data and metrics to drive business improvements.
- Proficiency in Excel or Tableau, including data manipulation, macros, and pivot tables.
- Experience building and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing marketing performance across paid media and owned channels (email, onsite).
- Must be based in or able to work from Seattle, WA.
Nice to have
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs.
- Experience presenting strategic ideas to various levels of leadership to gain support.
- Background in the Games Industry, specifically supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops.
