What you will do
- Own end-to-end launch strategy and execution for life insurance products, coordinating with product, legal, compliance, actuarial, and distribution teams.
- Architect GTM strategies including segmentation, positioning, channel strategy, and success metrics in regulated environments.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure marketing materials meet regulatory requirements.
- Build enablement programs like playbooks, training, and objection-handling guides for enterprise partners, agents, and sales teams.
- Translate complex products and policy language into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
- Conduct analysis on customer needs, distribution trends, and regulatory shifts to inform strategy.
- Align stakeholders across Product, Sales, Legal, Actuarial, Compliance, and Creative, driving process improvements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product marketing experience with complex or highly regulated products
- Demonstrated track record leading complex, cross-functional product launches including legal and compliance review
- Deep expertise in GTM strategy, messaging frameworks, and positioning for long sales cycles
- Exceptional storytelling skills to make complex products accessible
- Strong analytical mindset to translate data into strategy
- Proven ability to lead and align cross-functional stakeholders including senior leadership
- Proficiency with AI tools for content, research, and campaigns
Nice to have
- Experience building and enabling broker, agent, or enterprise distribution channels
