What you will do

• Partner with Sales to perform deep discovery, map customer organizations, and quantify business value for $10M+ problems.
• Define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), success criteria, and timelines for pilot projects.
• Own the non-technical lifecycle of engagements by authoring PRDs and prioritizing engineering backlogs.
• Drive the FDE build team via agile processes and manage communications from C-suite to engineers.
• Manage the "Day 0" launch and drive full adoption by capturing user feedback and iterating.
• Develop ongoing maintenance plans and customer documentation to ensure long-term growth.

Requirements

• Strong executive presence and "Trusted Advisor" status with C-suite gravitas.
• Product and systems thinking mindset with the ability to perform SWOT analyses and define strategic "what" and "why".
• Proven experience as a Deployment Strategist or in a builder/founder capacity within high-growth startups.
• Background in senior, client-facing product or delivery roles at leading tech companies or top-tier consultancies.
• Demonstrated experience in value-based scoping (TCO/ROI), writing PRDs, and managing agile software projects.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
