What you will do

• Champion Agile and Lean best practices, coaching teams and visualizing organizational work.
• Optimize team flow and build agile capabilities to maintain delivery momentum.
• Lead continual planning processes from product delivery through to post-launch support and benefits realization.
• Manage and mentor a business analyst and a Customer Engineer.
• Coordinate between technical and non-technical stakeholders to build trust and authenticity.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product Leads to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK with permanent right to work (no sponsorship)
• Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one of the following: German, French, Dutch, or Swedish
• Proven experience in Agile project management and implementing its methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of technology, specifically AI and Data Science products.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Remote working experience.
• Agile certifications (CSM, TKP, KMP, or KCP).
• Experience with distributed teams or AI/Data Science products.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry.
