What you will do

• Lead client engagements from discovery to delivery, serving as the primary strategic advisor across multiple workstreams.
• Direct project teams in the delivery of data analytics platforms, customer 360 implementations, and reporting modernization.
• Spearhead projects focused on predictive modeling and AI-driven analytics to enhance business outcomes.
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, margin performance, and resource planning.
• Drive business development by identifying cross-sell/upsell opportunities and developing proposals.
• Mentor consulting teams and contribute to practice development and delivery standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting or professional services focusing on data, analytics, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record of leading complex client programs with accountability for delivery and margins.
• Strong business development skills with a history of closing new business via direct or partner channels.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams including consultants and architects.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or a relevant field.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed for client engagements.
