TL;DR
Customer Success Associate (EU): Own end-to-end execution of enterprise customer programs from onboarding through delivery with an accent on AI-enabled workflows, systems, and scalable delivery. Focus on driving customer adoption and engagement, cross-functional coordination, and building automations to increase team leverage without proportional headcount growth.
Location: Remote. We are able to hire in the following countries for this role: UK, Ireland, or Netherlands

What you will do
- Own end-to-end program execution for customers, ensuring deployments launch on time, meet success criteria, and deliver value
- Drive customer adoption and progression through key milestones without friction
- Lead cross-functional delivery coordination, representing customer needs and meeting commitments
- Build and scale AI-enabled delivery workflows, templates, and automations
- Increase delivery leverage to support more customers with higher consistency and less manual effort
Requirements
- Owned execution in customer-facing roles like onboarding, implementation, or program delivery with consistent high-quality outcomes
- Managed complex multi-stakeholder workstreams and delivered reliably against deadlines
- Actively use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to redesign workflows, automate tasks, and boost output
- Communicate clearly and concisely with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Demonstrate high ownership: close loops, anticipate issues, solve problems in ambiguity
