What you will do

• Ensure delivery effectiveness and manage dependencies across multiple squads.
• Act as a hands-on Scrum Master for one squad and lead/coach Scrum Masters in others.
• Remove impediments and engage with stakeholders to support delivery objectives.
• Monitor and report on squad performance using delivery metrics.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and implement Agile best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles.
• Proven track record of leading or coaching Scrum Masters.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project management tools.
• Relevant academic degree in business, engineering, or IT.
• English: C1 (fluent) required.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
