Salary: $224,000 - $317,200 USD (San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, Los Angeles)

What you will do

• Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders from discovery to delivery
• Drive UX framework, design standards, and quality across your product area
• Deliver high-quality designs that elevate user experience and business outcomes
• Lead and mentor other designers, setting craft standards
• Develop scalable design patterns and frameworks across platforms
• Prototype and validate ideas with engineering and research
• Contribute to design team culture, processes, and practices

Requirements

• 8+ years product design experience, ideally at a SaaS company
• Portfolio with thoughtful, impactful end-to-end user experiences
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, research
• Experience leading and mentoring designers in senior IC capacity
• Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Exceptional craft, attention to detail, polished designs
• Experience with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Figma Make, Claude Code, Cursor)
• Comfort with ambiguity and complex problem spaces
