Salary: $125,000–$170,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead design strategy and execution for high-value, ambiguous projects within the Platform Organization.
• Conduct user research and discovery to validate ideas and uncover behavior blockers.
• Develop user flows, journey maps, and prototypes across web and mobile platforms.
• Measure the impact of design decisions using behavioral and engagement metrics.
• Evolve design system patterns, components, and AI agents to improve product quality.
• Mentor other designers and collaborate with engineering throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products in a SaaS or complex B2B context.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience contributing to a design system.
• Ability to use AI tools to accelerate design delivery and iteration.
• Experience navigating regulated or domain-specific workflows.
• Strong communication skills to influence cross-functional teams through clear rationale.
• Must be able to travel to Nashville, TN at least twice per year for company-wide events.
