What you will do

• Lead the generation, review, and refinement of bring-up and validation plans for semiconductor products.
• Create test plans and prepare detailed result documentation for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Design and FW teams to debug bugs and perform root cause analysis.
• Guide and mentor professional individuals within the validation team.
• Execute validation plans and contribute to overall validation strategies.
• Work with chip designers and system engineers to identify and resolve bugs rigorously.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (8+ years experience) or PhD in EE (5+ years experience).
• Technical silicon validation experience, specifically in SERDES and high-speed interface design.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a project lead role.
• Proficiency in Python for developing test scripts.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of mathematical programming such as Matlab.
• Ability to review and debug PCB schematics.
• Knowledge of wireline communication theory and IEEE 802.3 specifications.
• Experience with high-speed I/O, Transceivers, Transmitters, or Receivers.
