TL;DR

CRM Specialist (Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud): Supporting implementation, adoption, and optimization of Salesforce CRM across Benelux pharma teams with an accent on compliance, user training, and data-driven customer engagement. Focus on configuring systems for local needs, driving sales force effectiveness, and enabling omnichannel strategies through actionable insights and dashboards.

Location: Hybrid in Zaventem (BE) or Schiphol (NL), at least 3 days per week in the office. Benelux focus across Belgium, Luxembourg, and Netherlands.

What you will do

  • Support end-to-end implementation and rollout of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, including configuration, testing, UAT, and validation.
  • Act as local CRM expert for functional/technical support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements based on user feedback.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, user guides, and onboarding to drive adoption and behavioral change.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and medical teams to translate business needs into CRM solutions, dashboards, and insights.
  • Optimize sales force effectiveness through targeting, segmentation, call planning, and omnichannel engagement strategies.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, pharma compliance, and GDPR adherence in collaboration with global teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years in CRM, commercial excellence, data analytics, or similar role.
  • Experience in cross-functional, multi-country environments (Benelux a plus).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and change management skills.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical commercial processes.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud or comparable CRM platforms.
  • Benelux experience.
