What you will do

• Develop comprehensive market frameworks to shape Global Partnerships strategy and identify whitespace opportunities in the wellness ecosystem.
• Act as an internal consultant for regional teams, translating complex data sets into actionable growth playbooks.
• Lead the hirify.global Category Strategy to determine which verticals and geographic markets require aggressive expansion or optimization.
• Design and build high-stakes external presentations for C-suite partners using data to visualize growth opportunities.
• Oversee relationships and project-manage third-party consulting firms for bespoke industry studies and market research.

Requirements

• Experience in Management Consulting, Strategic Finance, or Revenue Operations within a high-growth SaaS or Marketplace environment.
• Fluent English proficiency is mandatory.
• Proven track record in Category Management, specifically balancing supply and demand across diverse verticals.
• Ability to synthesize disparate data sources into a single, cohesive global strategy.
• Experience presenting to VP and C-level stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Engineering, Math, or Business); MBA is a significant plus.
