What you will do
- Execute Lead & Opportunity Management process to build sales pipeline.
- Develop understanding of Salesforce.com and sales technologies for business development.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Product teams on campaigns ensuring lead quality and reporting.
- Perform against monthly/quarterly targets for pipeline, conversions, and opportunities like meetings or demos.
- Leverage CRM tools and value-selling methodologies to process and track opportunities.
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required; proficiency in French or additional languages a plus.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) preferred.
- Experience making outbound calls daily.
- Inside Sales, SDR, or B2B outbound sales experience.
- Proven track record achieving goals and quotas in contact center sales environment.
- Understanding of sales cycle stages, qualification frameworks, objection handling, phone etiquette, and KPIs.
- Comfort with sales technology and CRM tools; confidence in prospecting new leads.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; strong teamwork.
