TL;DR
Business Developer (Sales): Building and growing a portfolio of French clients to scale their business by matching them with tech freelancers with an accent on account-based strategies and client retention. Focus on identifying high-potential companies in France, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating with Talent and Ops teams.
Location: Must be based in Madrid (Hybrid) with occasional travel to France
Salary: €47,250 - €70,000 OTE (Fixed: €27,000 - €40,000)

What you will do
- Build and grow a portfolio of French clients, focusing on increasing conversion, retention, and repeat usage.
- Identify company pain points and effectively communicate the value proposition of freelance talent solutions.
- Execute Account-Based strategies to uncover new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Manage and report on KPIs, client pipelines, account plans, and sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with Talent and Ops teams to ensure successful delivery of freelance teams.
Requirements
- Native fluency in French and fluency in Spanish.
- 2–7 years of experience in business development, tech sales, or consulting within the startup/tech ecosystem.
- Strong "hunting" and "farming" skills for managing and expanding client portfolios.
- Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and technical profiles.
- Must be based in Madrid.

- Knowledge of English or other European languages.
- An existing portfolio of high-level professional contacts in France.
