What you will do

• Manage and scale paid social campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Develop hypothesis-driven testing frameworks based on ad account signals.
• Collaborate with creative teams to brief, test, and scale UGC and static creatives.
• Optimize campaign structures, budgets, and bidding strategies to improve ROAS and CPA.
• Analyze performance data using tools like Triple Whale and Northbeam.
• Maintain strong client communication and ensure account performance supports low churn KPI.
• Document strategies, learnings, and SOPs using Notion; leverage AI tools for efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Paid Social Media (Meta Ads & TikTok Ads).
• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns for eCommerce brands.
• Managed at least €200,000+ in ad spend within the past 12 months.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam preferred).
• Deep understanding of creative testing frameworks and performance analysis.
• Strong verbal communication skills (client-facing experience required).
• Comfortable working CET hours.
