Location: Remote (USA). Position is managed out of the New York office and requires the ability to support in-person account visits as needed.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annual base salary + 10% on-target annual commission

What you will do

• Proactively identify and execute growth opportunities for existing supply partners to increase platform usage.
• Collaborate with integration consultants to facilitate API integrations for new partners.
• Analyze and interpret marketplace data using PowerBI and Salesforce to provide actionable recommendations for partners.
• Manage partner communications via calls and emails regarding financials, new features, and industry trends.
• Standardize and scale policies, procedures, and best practices to improve team operations.
• Engage with Sales, Product, and Support teams to maximize upsell opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-4 years of customer-facing experience managing multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of driving client business growth and conducting quantitative data analysis.
• High proficiency in G-suite products with strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple time zones and industries.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Exposure to the Market Research industry and its dynamics.
• Previous experience working with Salesforce and Microsoft PowerBI.
• Experience with API integrations and customized applications.
